Bradley was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 1983.

Together with Glenn Harvey, Bradley became one of the Partners of Pearce Webster Dugdales when they acquired this long-established firm in 2011.
As of 1 July 2024 Bradley has retired as a partner and remains with the firm as a Senior Lawyer.

Previously, Bradley was a partner with Howie and Maher solicitors for 17 years primarily practicing broadly in Litigation; Family Law and Property Law.
Bradley has the distinction of being one of a select number of lawyers in Victoria who have attained accreditation as a specialist in Commercial Litigation.

Some reported cases Bradley has been involved in are:

Ikin -v- The Danish Club of Victoria – a case commenced in the County Court of Victoria, involving breach of employment contract which went to the Court of Appeal;

Donis -v- Donis – involving a claim in the Supreme Court of Victoria, based on promissory estoppel that went to the Court of Appeal and is widely regarded as the authority on the law regarding claims of this type.

Jew -v- Jew – a civil case commenced in the county Court of Victoria claiming personal injury damages arising from a childhood sexual assault. The case went to the Court of Appeal on the issue of a transfer of land by the defendant to his wife to defeat creditors. This case is authority for the law on cases involving transfers of real estate in order to defeat creditors.

When not practising law, Bradley has been known to play various sports. He is a keen Ice Hockey player (age appropriate), tennis player and golfer. He is the past Chair of the Victorian Ice Hockey Association’s Disciplinary Tribunal and past President of the Elwood Park Tennis Club Inc. Bradley also enjoys a round or two at the Flinders Golf Club.
